Hiring exceptional people
This post is for you if you’re unemployed, a recent graduate, or simply someone incredibly talented who hasn’t had the opportunity to showcase their God-given abilities.
I’m looking to speak with the following people:
1. Electrical Engineering
You understand inverters, battery management systems, busbars, safety cut-offs, and how electrical systems work. You’ve probably taken things apart just to understand how they work.
2. Communication & Storytelling
You can stand in front of a camera, talk about almost anything, and convince a blind man he can see. You’re a natural storyteller, incredibly persuasive, and know how to capture people’s attention.
3. Operations
You can walk into absolute chaos and turn it into a well-oiled machine. You love processes, organisation, execution, and making things happen.
4. Mechanical Engineering
You’ve actually built physical things. Cell housings, moulds, jigs, machines, or even an entire pilot production line. You don’t just understand engineering theory. You build.
5. Embedded Engineering
You can write controller code and make hardware come alive. Sensors, cellular connectivity, remote lockouts, microcontrollers, and everything in between.
6. Electrochemistry
You’re a proper lab rat. You’ve probably spent so much time experimenting that your university almost kicked you out of the laboratory because they thought you were crazy. You understand batteries, chemistry, materials, and experimentation.
A few things you should know:
-
Location: Lagos, Nigeria. If you’re not in Lagos, you must be willing to relocate. The company will support your relocation.
-
Salary: Up to 1,000,000 monthly, depending on role/skills.
-
If you’ve been waiting for someone to give you a chance to prove what you’re capable of, this might be it.
